Plant Manager

Job Description Overview
The Plant Manager position is responsible for supervision of PRAB/Hapman production managers, manufacturing administrative assistant and shipping supervisor, monitoring equipment and parts orders to level shop scheduling, and continue to work on facility and process improvements (5S and Kaizen).

Qualifications

  • Department Manager – KMC Global Appendix A
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Manufacturing Environment
  • Seven to ten-years’ plant management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes
    • Engineer to order manufacturing
    • Just in Time manufacturing
  • Proven ability to build and manage well-functioning teams
    • Continuous coaching of individuals and teams
    • Employee training
  • Excellent communications skills
    • Solid grammar/spelling
    • Strong employee engagement during individual and team meetings
    • strong participation and engagement when meeting with management teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ERP Software knowledge.

Responsibilities

National Account Executive, Components

Job Description Overview
The National Account Executive, Components will drive sales and promote excellence throughout the sales company. The primary responsibilities are to source work, and build relationships with new and existing end-users, engineering firms, and distributors. And produce sales to meet or exceed the corporate goals.
